CHAD R. SPENCER

Chad Spencer is a dynamic professional with a rich background in finance, human resources, and executive recruitment. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Chad’s journey began in the competitive world of professional golf, where he traversed the country, participating in numerous mini tour events. Transitioning from sports, he ventured into the realm of human resources and finance, joining Insperity (NSP) as a Business Performance Advisor. In this role, Chad partnered with small and midsize businesses, providing them with comprehensive outsourced HR solutions tailored to their needs.

Eager for new challenges, Chad then took on a leadership role in a regional recruiting firm, where he spearheaded the Accounting Finance practice. It was during this tenure that he recognized the pivotal role of top-tier talent in organizational success.

In November 2015, Chad embarked on a new entrepreneurial endeavor, founding Hazeltine Executive Search with a vision of revolutionizing the recruiting landscape. Understanding the transformative impact of strategic hires, Chad made it his mission to source exceptional candidates for his clients. Under his stewardship, Hazeltine has flourished, emerging as a frontrunner in the executive search arena. Clients consistently applaud the firm’s cutting-edge recruitment methodologies, a testament to Chad’s unwavering commitment to excellence.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Chad finds contentment in his relationships and hobbies. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Rebeca, and their two boxers, Edison and Eisenhower. Chad also has a passion for golfing, collecting wines, and exploring new destinations through travel.

COMMANDER MARK MCGINNIS

Commander Mark McGinnis is a professional speaker and consultant with decades of leadership experience. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and 4-year varsity football player, he has 24 years of Special Operations experience as a United States Navy SEAL. As a SEAL, Mark held leadership positions at all levels of command, and led SEAL missions worldwide.

Following his service, Mark worked for a Fortune 500 medical devices company as a Front Line Sales Rep and Regional Sales Director. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the SEAL Legacy Foundation, a not-for-profit providing direct support to the families of fallen SEALs.

Mark is a sought-after speaker on leadership, winning cultures, and team building. He is a seasoned professional speaker and has worked with college and professional sports teams, Fortune 500, and Global 2,000 organizations. He has provided individual and team consulting services as a recognized leadership expert.
